Today, I reveal my secret to a perfect cup of coffee. And surprise, surprise -- it's coffee premixes!

Before we get into that, let me share a useful tip to tell whether you are using a substandard coffee premix. If the premix produces a lot of froth in your coffee, then that's a sign of too much soda in the product, which can cause bouts of acid reflux.

As I mention in the video, I use Nescafe's Cappuccino and Vanilla Latte premixes to give my coffee that extra kick. While the packages will tell you to pour in the premix into hot water, milk or a combination of both, I'm giving you two recipes that are a must-try for coffee fiends. I promise you, you won't regret trying them out!

1) Manisha's Vanilla Latte Surprise, Tim Horton's* style

(*Tim Horton's is a Canadian fast food chain known for their coffee and doughnuts)

Water - 1 cup
Vanilla ice-cream - 3/4th cup
One sachet of Nescafe Vanilla Latte premix
Nescafe Coffee powder (for stronger taste)
Sugar to taste

1. Boil 1 cup of water
2. Once it reaches boiling point, switch off the gas and add 3/4th cup of vanilla ice-cream. Mix well until it dissolves
3. To this mixture, add a sachet of Nescafe Vanilla Latte premix. Stir well

2) Manisha's Perfect Cappuccino

Water - 1/2 cup
Cream (Amul) - 1/2 cup
One sachet of Nescafe Cappuccino premix
Sugar to taste

1. Once the water reaches boiling point, turn off the gas
2. Add the cream and one sachet of Nescafe Cappuccino premix. Stir well
3. If you like your coffee strong, add 1/2 teaspoon of Nescafe coffee powder to the mix and stir some more
