Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Scrub: ‘It does not irritate or dry my sensitive skin’

The last time we met 37-year-old graphic designer Dahlea Hari to drop off Garnier Wrinkle Lift for future review, she told us it’s been two years since she’s treated her skin to anything more than a face wash, scrub and moisturizer routine. One product she particularly talked about was the Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Daily Scrub that she picked up remembering an ad she had seen, to take care of blackheads on her nose and chin.

So far she had been using apricot scrub which on frequent use dried out her skin. She says she uses the Clean & Clear Scrub almost daily and rarely does she have to use a moisturizer after that. In fact, she says, it leaves her skin feeling supple and glowing. The trick, she says, is to leave on the water after using the scrub rather than patting it dry with a towel.

Since Dahlea has sensitive skin, she says the fine granules of this scrub do not irritate her skin. The downside, however – and it’s not something that troubles Dahlea immensely – is that the fine granules get into her eyes more easily as compared to the larger apricot scrub granules.

Three months since she’s been using the product, she says the blackheads have cleared out.

Product: Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Daily Scrub
Quantity: 80 gms
Price: Rs. 90
